POP and IMAP not working on exchange server

Resolved — Services have been returned to normal, and some underlying issues fixed. Will continue to monitor this service for the next few days.

Identified — We have recently had to reboot the exchange server due to it hanging. It is now back up and running but at present POP and IMAP connections are not working. These services are usually how your phone or older Outlook clients connect to the server. We are now attampting to bring these back up and will post further details once they are available.
